Cancellation & Refunds

1. Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours Before)
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot for a 100% full refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot receive an 80% refund. The remaining 20% compensates your reserved photographer for holding the time.
3. Free Rescheduling
Need to change the date or time? Reschedule once for free if you let us know at least 12 hours before your shoot (subject to availability).
4. Weather & Emergencies
In case of severe weather or civic disruptions, we will reschedule your session or issue a 100% refund — your choice.
